Most undergraduate courses require IELTS 6.0 (no band below 5.5). Postgraduate courses typically need 6.5 (no band below 6.0). Group of Eight universities and Nursing/Medicine usually require 7.0+. PTE Academic is also accepted.

In March 2024, Australia replaced the Genuine Temporary Entrant (GTE) test with the Genuine Student requirement. You must answer specific questions about your study plans, ties to home, and post-study intentions. We help you draft a strong GS statement.
